The Bode City Council met in special session Thursday February 12, 2026 at 5:30PM in the council chambers. All members were present. Mayor Miller called the meeting to order, a motion was made by Tepner, second by Hasfjord to approve the agenda as posted.

A motion was made by Fulwider, second by McKenna to approve the CDBG Project Payable Req#9 for the sewer project in the total amount of $149,170.44. This being Dorsey & Whitney $15,636.50, Doyle Construction $119,196.26, Midas Council of Government $5122, SHE

Applications for the City Clerk Position have been interviewed, following discussion with the committee a motion was made Hasfjord, second by Mckenna to offer this position to Courtney Sampson at a rate of $19 per hour. All ayes, motion carried.

The following bills were examined and approved for payment:

Dorsey & Whitney legal fees-sewer project 15,636.50

Midas Council of Government Oct-Dec 5,122.00

Doyle Construction 119,196.26

Sewer 139,954.76
